Price list

1. Reservation:
The lease is in force from the moment when the deposit agreed upon (confirmation of booking) has been received.

2. Arrival:
The apartment booked will be assigned after 2 pm. In case of a delay (arrival after 8 pm) we kindly ask you to inform us in time.
All persons have to present their passports for registration with the police when arriving.

3. Departure:
The apartment has to be emptied within 9:30 am and has to be neat and clean on the day of departure.

4. Cancellations:
We look forward to seeing you here. You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 40% of the booking price. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged. We recommend our 'Red Rooster' cancellation protection policy as an extra service. The tourist tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be 2,70 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm.
