Farm Holidays - Mitterhof
The farm "Mitterhof" is located in the heart of the Stelvio National Park at a height of 980 meters and at 1 kilometre from the "Prato allo Stelvio" village centre. Here you can enjoy a stunning panorama depicting the whole Val Venosta valley while being surrounded by uncontaminated woods and fields.
Mitterhof is the ideal vacation destination for families with children, but it can be also very interesting for people interested in tracking, climbing, skiing and biking. From our farm you can start many wonderful tracking and bike tours.
On our farm we rent out four spacious holiday apartments for 2-4 and 2-6 persons. Our guests can also use the newly built lounge and the farmhouse parlour. Our covered parking protects your cars from wind and weather.
The apartments "Linde" and "St. Georg" both have a large terrace and a balcony, the apartments "Montoni" and "Lärche" have two balconies with a panoramic view of the Vinschgau Valley.
At the Mitterhof you can experience the daily life on a farm, visit our animals and try some work on the fields.
The Mitterhof is specialized in the milk production, in keeping animals and fruit-growing. Our guest will be offered a variety of own products like eggs, milk, fruit jam, mountain cheese and butter.
We would like to share with you the greatest tradition of the South Tyrolean farmers’ life style. At the Mitterhof you can experience the daily farm´s life by visiting our animals and trying some work on the fields. Our animals are warmly waiting for you to play and make you company.
We are specialized in milk production, in breeding animals and growing fruit.
Depending on the season you can taste fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs from our own production and fruit directly from the trees around the house. You can also freely dispose of our wood grill.
